About Wendy Epstein, LCSW, founder of Mint Therapy & Wellness.
Wendy Epstein, LCSW is the founder of Mint Therapy & Wellness, a boutique psychotherapy practice in New York City specializing in trauma, PTSD, anxiety, burnout recovery, work stress, anxious attachment, relationship challenges, and the pressures of high-achieving and high-performing lifestyles.
Wendy is trained in psychodynamic therapy, CBT, DBT, EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic attachment therapy — blending depth and practicality so clients feel both supported and equipped to create lasting change. What defines her practice is not only her clinical expertise, but the way she shows up: grounded, curious, attuned, and deeply invested in each client's story.
Originally from Philadelphia, Wendy has called New York City home for over a decade and also spends time in Miami. A lifelong dancer, she brings her love of movement into her understanding of the nervous system and healing. Outside of sessions she recharges with long walks with her dog Kobe, traveling, and a deep appreciation for boutique fitness and reality TV in equal measure.
Wendy works with individuals and couples across New York, Connecticut, and Florida via in-person and telehealth sessions.
