About Julia Brockmann, Associate Therapist

Julia Brockmann is an associate therapist at Mint Therapy & Wellness, a boutique psychotherapy practice in New York City. Julia works with individuals navigating trauma, PTSD, anxiety and stress, work related burnout, life transitions, self-worth, and identity challenges.

Julia takes a holistic, trauma-informed approach, drawing from CBT, IFS, ACT, somatic therapy, attachment-based work, and mindfulness-based approaches to support meaningful, lasting change. She tailors therapy to each individual while remaining deeply attuned to the nervous system and each client's lived experience — helping clients build greater self-awareness, trust their intuition, and move forward with clarity and care.

What clients experience most is Julia's warmth, curiosity, and genuine investment in their growth. She creates a space that feels safe, collaborative, and grounded in trust — where healing feels both supported and empowering.

Julia holds a Master's degree in Mental Health and Wellness Counseling from NYU. Born and raised in Massachusetts, she spent several years in California before making New York City home. Outside of sessions she enjoys photography, yoga, long walks, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with her dog.

Julia works with individuals across New York, Connecticut, and Florida via in-person and tele-health sessions.
